This all-levels class welcomes everyone—from beginners to seasoned yogis——offering a welcoming environment for relaxation and mindfulness.

• Connection & Cozy Moments ☕ : After our practice, we’ll gather in a circle to connect, share, and enjoy warm hot chocolate with your favourite toppings. This moment allows us to hold space for each other, reflect on the year’s journey, and celebrate the growth and experiences we’ve had together.
