Welcome to Candlelit Fusion Yoga!
Join us for a restorative evening of yoga as we circle up around the butterflies at The Living Room, Downtown. Create a unique and inviting atmosphere for your practice by immersing yourself in candlelight, plants, and community. This class will incorporate both Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Flow elements to assist in the decompression of spine, along with a full body stretch. No experience necessary. The practiced is tailored to be accessible for all experience levels. Just bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart. (Suggested sliding donation of $7-$15)
