About this Event
Join us for a relaxing evening of Yoga as we circle up around the butterflies at The Living Room (downtown.) This class will incorporate both Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Flow elements. Create a unique and inviting atmosphere for your practice by immersing yourself in candlelight, plants, and community. The class will consist of a variety of different postures to assist in the decompression of spine, along with a full body stretch. No experience necessary. The practiced is tailored to be accessible for all experience levels. Just bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart. (Suggested sliding donation of $7-$15)
