-Bring your yoga mat and anything you need for a cozy, supported shavasana (soft mats, extra pillows/bolsters, eye masks, blankets, etc.).
-One bolster and blanket will be provided per guest, but feel free to bring extras items for ultimate comfort.
-Dress in comfortable, cozy clothes for deep relaxation.
