Candlelit Evening Sound Bath

Take a refreshing journey through the healing art of sound with this relaxing sound meditation by candlelight. This is a time to unplug from the outside world and tune into oneself. This event creates a space for you to explore your subconscious and access deep levels of healing. These soothing sounds will help quiet a busy mind, relax your nervous system, and guide you into an hour of peaceful presence. No experience necessary--just come with an open heart, and ready to destress.

**Please bring your own yoga mat. Blankets, bolsters, and complimentary eye masks will be provided but yoga mats will not.

This sound bath will include some variety of the following instruments: 32" symphonic gong, frosted crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, xylophone, kalimba, pala chimes and monochord. Surrounded by fresh rose petals to amplify the collective vibration and the serenity of crickets singing as the sun sets over the canyon of Mission Hills, you'll feel the healing comfort and connection of this experience from within.

*Note: Doors will open at 6:20pm and will close promptly at 6:30pm*

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, your own yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water and anything to make you comfortable. Complimentary eye pillows will be provided.
