Weekly candelight yoga with Lori Watley, a certified RYT 200 instructor. All ages and abilities welcome! LGBTQIA and BIPOC inclusive and safe.
$10 or pay what you can, no registration necessary. Cash or Venmo.
Each week we will set a group intention for our practice and will work in flow together in a safe, cultivated space. I will alternate between Vinyasa flow, restorative, and intuitive sequences. We will take time to talk through and learn more about poses on some weeks.
Please bring a mat and water, and wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. I have a few extra mats and blocks for anyone who needs them. Bathrooms available.
Street parking on Walnut (1 hour+ must pay meter!), parking across the street in the lot on the west side of Walnut.
