What is better than free wine and sunsets on the beach? Well, since you asked, yoga and sound bath healing and an inviting community make it that much better.
Come out to Fort Lauderdale beach for an amazing yoga flow on the sand as we admire the captivating colors of the sunset and end with a beautiful sound bath healing during a relaxing shavasana. Afterwards, we will be connecting among friends to a glass of complimentary wine and share a cheers to new friends.
This class is open to all levels from beginner to advanced! Hope to see you there!
