Candlelight Yoga + Reiki – Saturday 10/11 at 7pm with Kristy – $40/pp: Candles. Yin Yoga. Reiki. Relaxation. This special yoga class combines gentle restorative yoga poses with breathwork and Reiki to melt away stress, anxiety, and tension. Kristy will support all participants deeply for full nervous system regulation. Space is limited to just FOUR people, so this circle will be small and intimate. Beginners are welcomed!
