Candlelight Yoga for Earth Hour

Join us for a peaceful evening of Candlelight Yoga for Earth Hour at Mead Botanical Garden!

Earth Hour is a global movement that encourages individuals to give an hour back to the Earth by switching off their lights and spending 60 minutes doing something- anything- positive for the planet. In honor of this initiative, we invite you to unwind under the night sky with a serene, candlelit yoga session at the Grove Stage.

Event Highlights:

✨ Arrive early to check in and explore tables featuring local sustainability efforts and ways to get involved.

🕯️ Enjoy a peaceful, all-levels yoga flow led by a certified instructor in a beautiful candlelit setting.

🌎 Reflect, connect with nature, and embrace the spirit of Earth Hour.

• When: Saturday, March 22nd. Check-in begins at 7:00 PM. Yoga starts promptly at 7:30 PM.
• Where: Mead Botanical Garden, Grove Stage (follow the shell stone path to the left of the public restrooms north to the Grove Stage).
• What to Bring: A yoga mat, water, and bug spray

Space is limited—arrive early to secure your spot! We encourage participants to continue observing Earth Hour after the event by spending the evening unplugged.

This event is hosted in partnership with the City of Winter Park Sustainability Division, Mead Botanical Garden, and The Practice Mat.
