Class begins with a guided meditation to balance all seven main Chakra energy centers of the body, followed by gentle poses focusing on a different Chakra each week. This practice infuses sound healing and aromatherapy with the warm glow of candlight to bring us into a state of peace, relaxation, and balance. Mats & blankets available for use, or bring your own.

Our boutique studio exists on a higher plane and off the beaten path nestled on the 3rd floor of The Life Building surrounded by nature and beautiful oak trees. The studio has grounding pine wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a window for natural light and tree gazing. Classes are smaller to allow for more personalized interaction as desired. We offer group classes, private sessions, and special events. We also have healing crystals, stones, jewelry, oils, cleansing and divination tools, and other items on display for sale.
