Candlelight Yoga & Sound Bath in beautiful church

Cosy Candlelit space to find inner stillness. A perfect mid week class to reset your nervous system, move your body, and slow down the mind. This class is open to all levels and abilities and will include:

• 35-40 mins gentle yoga flow
• 20-25 mins crystal sound bath meditation

Class costs only £6.50 per person. You can also reserve a space by messaging Lesley-Ann Yoga directly on Instagram @lesleyannyoga (for direct bank details, cutting out the Eventbrite fee).

Please bring with you a yoga mat, water, a warm cosy blanket and pillow, and if you have any eye mask you are welcome to bring that too.

Please aim to arrive at least 5 mins early to settle in to the space.

Lesley-Ann is an experienced yoga, meditation and sound healing facilitator.

She runs yoga retreat in the UK, regular workshops, and Rooftop Yoga events - as well as teaching at David Lloyd gyms.
