Candlelight Yoga & Meditation

Candlelight Yoga and Meditation suitable for all levels and family friendly. This month I am excited to share that Mary Ann Morgan - Fried will be joining us! Together, we will guide you through a body stretching, mind calming, stress busting yoga practice and zen inducing meditation. No experience required, all bodies, all ages, all levels encouraged.

Only kindness, compassion, good intentions and a ticket are what you need to get your zen on and make a difference.

In support of Boca Ballroom Battle Dancer Matt Williams, this months non profit to receive the monies is the George Snow Scholarship Fund. The George Snow Scholarship Fund is dedicated to helping deserving students within the community achieve their career goals through their pursuit of higher education. Matt Williams is an incredbly inspiring man with a story of transformation, faith and determination. Join us for this special night where Matt, the owner of FroPro will be sharing his story. Join us as we support Matt in his selfless determination to support and raise funds for the George Snow Scholarship Fund.

When: Monday August 12, 2024 - 6:00 - 7:30 pm. (please note the new start time of 6 pm!)

Where: Waterstone Hotel: Boca Landing Patio or Penthouse Level Ballroom

Why: To make a difference, find some inner peace, hang out with like minded peeps in a cool setting afterwards!

What do I need to bring? A yoga mat, good intentions and wear a smile.
