Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time.
Yin postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body such as the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
This specialty class will help you relax and unwind through soft yin poses done in a warm room.
