Join Karen for a 2 hour Yin Yoga workshop to open your body, mind and heart so you can let the Winter months fuel you with goodness.
We will work with the meridian lines of winter (Kidney and Urinary Bladder) to warm and balance your body so you can fully embrace and be healthy during the beautiful cooler months.
This slower, more rejuvenating practice connects in with our winter hibernating tendencies to restore our immune system.
A beautiful connection for body, mind and heart.
** Suitable for beginners and all levels **
You will need a mat, bolster, block and blanket
( a blanket and cushion can be used as a substitute for props)
We recommend you dress warmly as yin yoga is a cooling practice.
