Today marks the Winter Solstice - the turn of the seasons, where the days are shortest and from here on in, the light grows stronger every day until the Summer Solstice in June.Tune in and listen to the rhythm of the earth and shifting seasons it can provide solace - let out the last of our exhale, and then pause before beginning the fresh inhale of spring...?
Join me for an hour and 15 minute yoga class by candlelight to restore and nourish for this busy time of year. We will be going for drinks close to the yoga centre after the class and you will be most welcome to join me.
