This class will include breathwork and meditation as well as an immersive sound healing experience. Prepare to release all worries and fears unto the universe. Experience relaxation at a cellular level as we cleanse our system of subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a mat, cushion or blanket and your water bottle.
