Sound healing is an ancient meditative practise that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.Using quartz crystal bowls frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. during this deep mediation experience, you will be guided to relax and let you of any stress and tension you might be holding onto and accept the sound energy into the body to promote healing so you can step into the world feeling refreshed and revived.

This is an experience of a nurturing sound bathing and energy healing, you will leave feeling held, nourished and renewed.
We do use reclining chairs and floor mats, chairs are on a first come first served basis
