Candlelight Sound Healing Relaxation

An inmersive relaxing meditation experience with the healing sound of instruments such as symbals, crystal bowls and gongs.

Bring your mat, a blanquet and a small cushion to make yourself as comfortable as possible and inmerse in the sound healing meditaion.

This is a charity fundrasising event. All procees of this event will support the rehabilitation and enhancement of life qualtiy for patients with severe brain injury at the Royal Hospital of Neuro-Disability. Registered charity No.205907

Disclaimer:

A sound bath is generally suitable for many adults, however there are a few conditions that are known contradictions – these include:
* People fitted with Metal implants and pacemakers etc. (can resonate
the metal and change the rhythm of pacemakers) or anyone with serious heart condition.
* Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to the unstable nature of any pregnancy during the first trimester).
* People with Tinnitus/ Ménière’s/ Epilepsy or any condition which is
sound sensitive or could be triggered by sound.
* Anyone with a serious Mental Health Condition.
