Join Certified Sound Facilitator Adriana Dobbs of Serenity Sounds for Mindful Glow, a restorative candlelight sound bath designed to help you gently close out the weekend and prepare for the week ahead with a greater sense of calm, presence, and ease.
As the room glows with soft candlelight, settle into a comfortable zero-gravity chair and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, quiet the busy mind, and create space for rest before Monday arrives.

Mindful Glow is a zero-gravity chair experience. Our chairs are designed to gently support the body in a reclined position that many guests find comfortable and relaxing during sound baths. Each chair measures approximately 35" x 26" x 43" and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds.
Please note that this studio is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only. If you have any questions about the seating arrangement, accessibility, or comfort accommodations, please contact Adriana before registering. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in choosing the experience that's right for you.
To support your experience, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle into your space, dressing comfortably, and staying well hydrated before and after the session.
