Candlelight Serenity: Partner Flow is an inclusive and heart-centered yoga experience designed for all types of partners—friends, family, or loved ones—offering a sanctuary of peace, relaxation, and connection. Through gentle stretches, meditative movement, and restorative partner poses, you'll cultivate deep relaxation while fostering trust, communication, and shared mindfulness.

This is your VIP (very important practitioner) invitation to move and breathe in harmony with another, creating a space of stillness, reflection, and support. Together, we’ll journey through mindfulness and synchronized breathwork to alleviate stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance—both individually and collectively.

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class invites you to embrace the power of connection and presence. Come as you are, bring someone who brings you joy, and let’s flow together under the soft glow of candlelight.

And yes—the extra long savasana will be even yummier when shared.

Jasmine is a Skill in Action certified yoga instructor, based in the heart of North Carolina. Her passion lies in guiding individuals through flows that are not only physically revitalizing but also deeply restorative for the mind, body, and spirit. Through mindful movement and intentional breathwork, she creates a space where healing, reflection, and joy can unfold.

She believes in the power of yoga to connect us to our truest selves. As a connector, guide, space maker, and truth teller, her mission is to help you release what no longer serves you, embrace what empowers you, and liberate your dreams. Whether you're looking for deep relaxation or a more dynamic practice for connecting with self, her classes are designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and aligned, both on and off the mat.
