This is more than a class ~ it’s a gift to yourself, a space to release, restore, and receive the kind of calm, peace, and self-care you’ve been longing for. Each session closes with Yoga Nidra, carrying you into deep rest, inner stillness, and a sense of love for yourself and the world around you.
