This practice uses props to support the body in restful postures to help restore the central nervous system. This is a nourishing experience that allows the body to fully relax. Essential Oils used in this class help to aid and enhance the benefits of the practice by working at a cellular level. As seasons change, melt into your props and be present with your breath.
