Join Sarah Stout on Halloween for this mindful practice that is set in a candlelit environment with soft music and supportive props to help you achieve a relaxed and restful state.The class focuses on poses that promote relaxation and restoration to help relieve the effects of chronic stress, as well as, common aches and pains in the body. A mindful practice that is set in a soothing environment with soft music and props available for modifications to achieve a restful posture. Expect little to no effort poses, & breathwork (pranayama) to deeply relax. Pose requires minimal effort and are held for several minutes, allowing the body time and space to deeply rest & reset.
