Candlelight Restorative Slow-Flow Yoga

Come join us for a relaxing afternoon of restorative slow-flow yoga in a calming candlelit setting. This in-person event will take place at 1229 N North Branch St (We The People Fitness Studio) on Saturday - February 1, 2025 from 3pm - 4pm.

The class is designed to repair our dysregulated nervous systems and help you relax, unwind, and connect with your mind, body and spirit. We will begin with a beautiful Sanskrit prayer and set our intentions for our magical hour together. Aromatherapy and energy clearing with Palo Santo and white sage will be infused into our flow along with somatic movements designed to release negative emotions, limiting beliefs and traumas that often leave us feeling disconnected and heavy. Multiple instructors will be present to provide energy healing hands-on assist. All levels are welcome!

When: Saturday - February 1, 2025 from 3-4pm.

Parking: Free street parking on N Branch St and N Cherry Ave.

Yoga Mats: yoga mats and other equipment will be provided. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!

Arrival: please arrive 10 minutes early.
