This end of month two hour practice aims to release the physical and emotional tension stored in the body through supported yoga postures which help guide you into a sense of calm, rejuvenation, and inner peace. Combine that with Reiki’s ability to reach the subtle energy body to support relaxation and stress release and you have a blissful combination to melt into.
No prior experience needed—just come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply cared for.
