A gentle yet powerful journey into the subtle intelligence of the body… where awareness begins to deepen, perception becomes more refined, and we learn to listen in an entirely new way.
Through a blend of dynamic Kundalini practices, breathwork, meditation and subtle awareness exercises, we’ll explore the relationship between movement, sensation, energy and presence…learning to trust the body’s own intelligence a little more deeply.

Each 90min class is a holistic experience and will weave together:
Kundalini kriyas, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, strength-building practices, flexibility, subtle awareness exercises and dynamic movement - all within the soothing glow of twinkling candlelight, the subtle scent of uplifting incense, and gentle, soul-lifting music.

Kundalini Yoga is one of the most ancient practices of yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, often likened to a spiritual version of pilates merged with hatha yoga - yet it is so much more... It's exciting to see that many of our Kundalini practices are now used individually in areas such as somatic release, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, trauma-informed movement practices and energy psychology.
Spaces are very limited, so if you feel called to join, I warmly invite you to book your term now for £60. If the term is full, there is still the opportunity to drop in for £15 per class where spaces allow. Once booked, I’ll send you an introduction video with background on the practices, techniques, and tips to help you feel fully prepared for class.
You’ll leave each evening feeling calmer, clearer, stronger, more connected to yourself, and softly nourished from within… ready to drift into a deeply restorative night’s sleep.
