Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The tour is not recommended for children under 12. Baby strollers are not permitted in the homes. Babes in arms are free.

What are my parking options for the event?

We recommend utilizing the Carroll Creek (44 E. Patrick Street), Church Street (17 E. Church Street), Court Street (2 S. Court Street) or W. Patrick Street (138 W. Patrick Street) Parking Decks. Each are conveniently located and walk-able for the tour. For more information on City of Frederick parking options click here.

Not familiar with Frederick? Take a look at our Candlelight House Tour Google Map to familiarize yourself with the homes on the tour, parking locations and our hospitality center. This map will be updated daily if any changes or additions are made to the tour.

Where is my ticket?

Your ticket is included on the back cover of your official Tour Booklet, and will be checked at each home, so be sure to bring it along with you!

Will my ticket(s) be mailed to me?

All online ticket purchases made PRIOR to 9 AM on Monday, November 25th will be mailed to purchaser via USPS. Online tickets purchases made AFTER 9 AM on Monday, November 25th will be available for pick up at "Will Call" located at the Hospitality Center, 101 N. Court Street, on Saturday, December 7, 4 - 9 PM & Sunday, December 8, 11 AM - 4 PM.

Are my tickets good for BOTH Saturday, December 7th & Sunday, December 8th?

Yes.

What is the difference between the General Admission Ticket and the Home & Garden Tour Package?

General Admission purchase includes admission to all the homes featured on the 2024 Candlelight House Tour on BOTH days of the tour. Each home may only be visited once!

The Home & Garden Tour package includes admission to all the homes featured on the 2024 Candlelight House Tour on BOTH days of the tour and to all of the homes on the 2025 Beyond the Garden Gates Tour on BOTH Saturday, May 17th & Sunday, May 18th, 1 - 5 PM!

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather tour updates will be available by calling 301-600-2841, visiting CelebrateFrederick.com or Celebrate Frederick Facebook and Instagram accounts.
