Join Brittany from 10 acre farm at Spruced Studio to learn how to make clean-burning, soy wax candles and build a bouquet from a selection of flowers from her farm!
You will learn how to make a candle from start to finish and go home with two 4oz candles. You can choose between gold and silver tins and create custom blends from 10+ fragrance oil options. For labels, you can pick from one of ours or create your own with our selection of colorful markers.
The candles will be made from 100% soy wax, phthalate-free and skin safe fragrance and essential oils, and cotton wicks. Soy candles benefit from a 14 day curing period, so for optimal scent throw, wait two weeks before burning your creations.
While your candles are drying, you’ll create a bouquet of farm-fresh flowers, straight from your instructor’s farm! Choices might differ slightly based on what Mother Nature decides, but some of the flowers we plan to include are sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragons, marigolds, celosia, gomphrena, and frosted explosion grass.
