Back by popular demand! TWO dates available! Gather together for a cozy, creative evening at Dandelion Bouquet with a hands-on Candle Making Class, taught by King Candle Co.—one of our wonderful vendors here at Dandelion. 🌿
King Candle Co. is known for their wood wick, dough bowl candles inspired by the scents of the Black Hills. Owner, Jenna, will be guiding guests through the candle-making process step by step. This class is designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and fun—perfect for a creative night out.
Each participant will create a custom candle using soy based wax, essential oils, and dried florals for $18 per attendee. You’ll get to choose between wood wicks or traditional cotton wicks and hand-pick a vessel from the shop to make your candle uniquely yours.
Space is limited to 8 participants to keep the experience personal and hands-on. 🤝
*All ages are welcome, with a suggested age of 10+ due to the use of hot wax. 🕯️
What’s Included:
-Guided candle-making instruction by King Candle Co.
-12 oz. of wax per participant (additional wax is $0.75/oz)
-Essential oils & dried florals
-Choice of wood wick or traditional wick
-Late-night shopping at Dandelion Bouquet
🕯️ Vessel & Wax Info:
Candle vessels are chosen from the shop and purchased separately. We will allot the first 10 minutes to vessel selection/shopping. (If you'll need a little extra time picking a vessel, we suggest coming early!) The class includes 12 oz. of wax—however if you fall in love with a larger vessel that requires more wax, an additional charge of $0.75/oz will apply.
💛 Saving Your Spot:
To help us prepare materials and keep the class size small, registration is completed with advance payment of $18 per attendee. You can sign up in person at the shop or by calling in with card information. Please be sure to specify which date you'd like to attend when booking your spot.
