Join us for a fun candle-making class on Wednesday, July 24, from 11:30am to 1:00pm. We'll be making a 12oz fragrant candle in a recycled glass bottle at My Cellar Wine Bar In Colorado Springs.In this 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the art and science of candle-making and enjoy 15% your favorite glass of wine and lunch or snacks (at additional cost). We'll also be adding tiny dried flower bouquets to affix to our candles while the candles cool.
Choose from six fragrances (combine your favorites to create your own unique scent!): vanilla, lavender, bergamot, sandalwood, patchouli, pine
We'll provide you with a recycled glass bottle as your candle vessel and all of the supplies and equipment needed to make one 12oz candle in your choice of scent to enjoy at home or give as a gift!
PLEASE NOTE:
Your ticket includes all supplies and equipment needed to create one 12oz scented candle in a recycled glass bottle, dried flowers to create a decorative mini bouquet for your candle, and fun, friendly instruction from Courtney, owner and candlemaker of celyse studio.
Candle curing process: To safely transport your candle home, it will need to cure and cool for ~45 minutes after pouring. We'll be making tiny dried flower bouquets to afix to our candles while they cool but invite you to hang out and enjoy conversation, drinks and bites while you wait for your candle to cool enough to transport home. If you prefer not to stick around and wait, you're welcome to return to My Cellar Wine Bar at a later date to pick up your candle.
