The soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other intuitive sounds create a grounded, intimate experience in which the body can settle and rest.
This space is trauma-informed, slow, and intentional. You are always in choice and welcome to rest, adjust, or step away as needed.
No prior experience required Bring: a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy
