This is a great opportunity to take a breath and re-center as we move towards the slower part of the year. Get intentional about your self-care, your desires, and your life.
We'll get curious about your intentions, imagine what you could do to honor them, design a ritual that takes this all into account, and tap into your creativity to decorate a candle to light while you're practicing it!
