Classes are held every 1st Saturday of the month in Pretoria East.

Different types of wax and which one to use.
Equipment needed.
How to select quality ingredients for candle making.
How to measure your wax fragrance and color/dye to achieve accurate ratios.
Essential oils versus fragrance oils.
Advantages and disadvantages of natural and synthetic scents.
The importance of temperature when adding fragrance to wax.
Technique behind blending fragrances and/or dye
Working with glass containers and silicon/clamshell to make molded candles.
Mistakes to avoid during candle making

Making your own reed diffusers and room & linen sprays
