Water Issues. Development. Flooding. Environmental Protection. Property taxes.

These issues and more impact your daily life, and the power to make those decisions lies in the hands of our locally elected government. On November 5th, you get to help decide who will be our next Mayor and District 1 & 4 Council Members.

How to decide? By listening and asking questions.

City HOAs and Chambers will not endorse a candidate - but we will invite them to answer your questions*. Together we have organized the following three evenings that are important to our residents:

District 1 Council Seat Forum

Thursday, September 19th, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

(6:30 - 7:00 social; 7:00 sharp forum begins)

Scott Galvin Center

District 4 Council Seat Forum

Thursday, September 26th, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

(6:30 - 7:00 social; 7:00 sharp forum begins)

Joe Celestin Center

1525 NW 135th Street, North Miami

Mayoral Forum

Wednesday, October 9th, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

(6:30 - 7:00 social; 7:00 sharp forum begins)

Griffing Community Center

Attendance matters. We need to show

the mayor and council that voters are paying attention.

*Please email your candidate questions to [email protected] no later than one week prior to each forum. Questions will be reviewed and organized for the best use of everyone's time. No questions will be taken from the floor.
