The John B. Amos Cancer Center offers a variety of support services programs for oncology patients and caregivers.Patients are invited to attend a free gentle chair yoga class on Mondays from 5-6 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:45-2:45 p.m. Participants are guided through breath work, simple yoga postures and deep relaxation. Yoga calms the mind, body and emotions so even first-time participants enjoy an improved sense of well-being.
