Your hosts Laura and Linzi have been inspired to bring you this event by their amazing Husbands. Alistair and Leigh sadly both passed away from cancer last year.

Alistair spent 5 years giving his Stage 4 oesophageal cancer the what for, passing away 3 days after his 44th Birthday.

Leigh literally gave his right leg, and his pelvis, to beat the cancer but sadly it still wasn’t enough, he passed away 3 years after diagnosis at the age of 47.

These men loved their lives, they loved living and they loved their families. All the funds raised from the ball will go towards prevention, early detection and better, less brutal treatments for cancer.

Around 1,000 people every day are diagnosed with cancer - let’s try and make the future for them and their families a little more optimistic - and have a fabulous time doing it.
