Cancer MCAN Seminar Series (Saolta and University of Galway)

The Cancer Managed Clinical Academic Network (MCAN) is a joint cancer network, managed by Saolta University Healthcare Group and the University of Galway, for the west and northwest region of Ireland. The Cancer MCAN is in the accreditation programme of the Organisation for European Cancer Institutes (OECI).

Hosted by Dr Michael McCarthy, Consultant Medical Oncologist, the Cancer MCAN Seminar Series aims to deliver a collaborative series of seminars by, and for, clinical and academic staff, students and trainees.

Presenters will come from the fields of cancer science, cancer survivorships, cancer care and cancer education. See the schedule below for more details.

Seminars will take place on the first working Monday of the month in the Clinical Science Institute CSI 1031 (Small Lecture Theatre) and on Zoom for colleagues across Saolta University hospitals and Medical Academies.
