Canapé Cooking Class

Join us for a fun and interactive Canapé Cooking Class where you'll learn how to create beautiful bite size food perfect for any party! This is an in-person event, so bring your appetite and get ready to roll up your sleeves.

Come and spend a morning cooking, eating and learning how to make five delicious canapés with professional chef and caterer Maria Harper, founder of The Edinburgh Canapé Company.

In this hands-on class, we’ll make five different canapés, exploring flavour combinations, simple techniques and ways to make food look beautiful without making it complicated.

I’ll share plenty of tips from my experience catering for parties, weddings and private events: from preparing ahead and getting the timing right, to presentation and making entertaining feel more relaxed.

Once everything is ready, we’ll sit down together around the table and enjoy what we’ve made, with time to chat and share a few food stories along the way.

You’ll leave with the recipes and plenty of ideas to recreate the canapés at home for your own gatherings.
