The Canadian Tulip Festival returns to Commissioners Park at Dow's Lake, Ottawa, from May 8–18, 2026 — celebrating a 74-year tradition of beauty, renewal, and international friendship.Walk through vibrant gardens, enjoy the CIBC Tulip Trek (a guided adventure clue hunt), explore the Tulip Trail ($5/person — a 40-minute immersive journey through 4,000 years of tulip history), and hop aboard the Polestar Ottawa Tulip Taxi for an audio-guided cart tour through 26 gardens featuring 100+ tulip varieties.
Visit the Dutch Pavilion, Korean Pavilion, Arteast Pavilion, and Tulip Market. Catch the Opening Ceremony on May 9 featuring a Cannon Salute and CF-18 Fly Over. A Mother's Day Flower Fun Run also takes place May 10 right through the tulip fields!
