I'm Jacques. I love igniting joy in people—without drugs, screens, or ego. I believe every human has joy inside, waiting to be ignited. And so I've devoted my life to teaching people how to ignite it.
That's what Joymakers do. We believe joy is medicine that multiplies when shared face-to-face. And science proves it. And so we get outside and share it in our communities, public spaces, offices, and school.
We're here to reawaken joy, play, and presence in a world starving for it.
My goal is to empower you to become a Joymaker and start leading people into more aliveness, connection, and playfuless.
Before becoming The Party Scientist, I was pursuing a career in medicine. I got my degree in Pharmacology, but then things took an unexpected turn. I volunteered as a festival medic for 4 years and witnessed young people harm themselves.
This is what led me to start planning sober parties, become a public speaker, and eventually launched Joymaker Camp and the Joymaker Rebellion social movement.
