Join this fantastic program to meet other expecting parents and learn about having a healthy pregnancy. These group sessions are facilitated by our experienced team which includes a Registered Dietician, a Registered Nurse/International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and a Parent Support Worker.

Sessions are weekly and alternate between in-person and virtual.

In-person sessions involve making healthy meals together and socializing.

Virtual sessions focus on guided learning topics with time for questions.

Grocery cards provided for regular attendance.

Childcare available for in-person sessions for children 0-6.
