Join us again this year and be a part of the Suburban Swing Parade team! This year’s Canada Day theme, Roots & Rhythm, celebrates the heartbeat of our community — where deep cultural roots meet the shared rhythms that bring us together. We invite participants to honour the traditions, stories, and histories that ground us, while showcasing the music, movement, and energy that reflect our vibrant, diverse City of Abbotsford.
The Canada Day Parade starts at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and proceeds down South Fraser Way from Bourquin Crescent, down Trethewey Street, and ends at W.J. Mouat Secondary School on Mouat Drive.
We will dance and celebrate Suburban Swing in the community of Abbotsford for 26 years.
Dress in your best Canadian outfits.
We will have a live band playing - Jenna Alamwala - just for you to dance to the entire time.
