Canada Day Celebration Alta Vista

The AVCA is very excited to announce we are hosting our 2nd Annual Canada Day Fireworks celebration at Lynda Lane Park, 580 Smyth Road.
This year, we are trying to make the day a lot more fun. Start time is 4:00 pm where we will have games, food vendors, face painting, some music and other activities. Fireworks begin at 10:00 pm - 10:30 pm.

We will also be selling snacks and accepting donations during the event.
What to know before you go:
- Parking is very limited. Please consider using alternate methods of getting there. Bus, Bike, Walk or Carpool with friends.
-Bug Spray is a must. They were really bad last year. We will have some bug spray for sale if you forget yours at home, but quantities will be limited.
- Please feel free to bring a blanket, chairs if you are coming to the pre-show (4 pm-9 pm). We also advise you pack some water and sunscreen.
-There will be restrooms available near the cricket field, as well as EMT's available on the day for assistance if needed.
