Picture This: You...harvesting with the speed and efficiency of a garden ninja, washing cooling and packing like you were born to do it, ands saying "not on my farm" to food borne illness, and maximizing storage space!
In this workshop you will:
- learn harvest, processing, and storage best practices
- determine how food safety fits into your operation
- explore storage options from DIY to designer
- network with other growers
