This is one of the intriguing questions posed in the “Exploring Faith” group which meets on Tuesday evenings at the Mission Church.To try and answer that question, we are privileged to have Dr Eric Barrett come to speak to us on this subject.
Eric C Barrett, BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, DSc etc. etc. is an internationally-honoured Earth and Space scientist, who has held academic posts in two English and two Australian Universities, in addition to his long career in the University of Bristol. Here he became the Founding Director of the Research Centre in Satellite Remote Sensing. He frequently served as a consultant or contractor to national and international bodies on space related matters, including NASA and the United Nations.
All are very welcome to come to this event to see Eric’s presentation and hear him share his thoughts on the above question.
