Cam's Charity Supperclub

Last year, our lives changed overnight when my brother, Cam, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition, Vasculitis. After months of grueling hospital stays and recovery, he was left dialysis-dependent. It was a life-altering shift for our whole family, but his response has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Rather than letting his diagnosis define his limits, my brother is using it as a starting block. He is currently training to run a full marathon with a singular, audacious goal: to record the fastest marathon ever run by a dialysis patient.

He’s running to prove what’s possible, and I’m heading to the kitchen to help him get there.

To support his journey and the incredible work of Kidney Care UK, I am hosting an intimate supperclub. I will be personally cooking a seasonal, three-course meal for all our guests—bringing us together around the table to turn a challenging year into a moment of collective hope.

We are raising vital funds for Kidney Care UK, the UK’s leading kidney patient support charity. They provide practical, emotional, and financial support to the 3.5 million people in the UK living with kidney disease.

• The Menu:
• Starter: Jerusalem artichoke soup, sunflower seed pesto, parmesan crisp
• Mains: 15 hour beef shin ragu, handmade pappardelle, aubergine parmigiana, rosemary focaccia, raddicchio salad
• Dessert: Salted chocolate basque cheesecake

(We will be catering for vegetarians but are unable to accommodate other/all dietary requirements this time, unfortunately.)

• The fabulous venue, Brown & Green Life, will be running a bar where you can purchase drinks.
