Why bring your team

• A bigger circle. Your campus pastors sit with people who do the exact same job, and leave with names to call when they're stuck.
• The first look at the data. Warren Bird and Jim Tomberlin present the largest study ever done on multisite churches, before the book comes out.
• One shared plan. Learn together in the mornings, process together in the afternoons, and come home aligned.

The research covers: which multisite models work, campus pastor tenure, traits of effective campus pastors, and facilities.

When: Tuesday and Wednesday, February 2–3, 2027, 9 AM to 1 PM both days
Where: Awaken Church, 4600 Regent Boulevard, Irving, TX 75063

Pricing

• Early bird with code ADVANCE27 (through Oct 31): $249 individual, $199 per person for teams of 3+
• Regular (Nov 1 to Jan 31): $299 individual, $249 per person for teams of 3+
• On-site (Feb 1–2): $349

Where to stay: Many teams book an Airbnb or VRBO nearby and turn the trip into a team retreat, with sessions in the morning and the debrief at night.
