Join us for a rejuvenating experience at Cheesequake State Park where we will immerse ourselves in the healing power of sound. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with nature through soothing sounds and vibrations. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to sound healing, this event is open to all who seek inner peace and balance. Morning hike will be scheduled followed by lunch that will be provided. A 3 hr event will then follow including; Sound bath, meditation, breath work, and light yoga. Choice is yours to bring food to cook for dinner where coal and firewood will be provided for making s'mores. 420 friendly event, but must respect other hikers/campers. We will be sectioned off in our our space which holds 25 people. Welcome to stay overnight no extra charge, just bring your camping gear and good energy!!
