On Tuesday, October 7th, CAMP will host a Burgundy-inspired dinner led by chefs Nico Abello and Diego Campos, featuring a multi-course menu rooted in the region’s rich culinary tradition.
This dinner will take place on the CAMP Rooftop. Each dish will be paired with wines from Terlato Cru, an importer known for its portfolio of artisan, family-owned Burgundy domaines. The evening will be hosted by Seema Parhasarathy of Terlato Cru, with pairings highlighting the elegance and nuance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from some of the region’s most distinctive appellations.
