Join CAMP - Council for the Advancement of Muslim Professionals, & Muslimprofessionals.us for an evening of reflection, networking, and giving back during this holy month of Ramadan. This special Iftar dinner brings together Muslim professionals from the greater Philadelphia area to break bread, connect, and support a meaningful cause. *Proceeds benefit relief efforts in Palestine, Lebanon, & Sudan.

We welcome Guest Speaker Dr. Shayma Kazmi, a medical oncologist practicing in New Jersey as part of University of Pennsylvania Abramson Cancer Institute. She is also Assistant Professor at Rowan Medical School associated with Virtua Hospital Networks, involved in curricula development for medical training for incoming students and residents. She specializes in the treatment of thoracic malignancies, including cancer of the lung, head, neck, thyroid, brain, and breast.
She is actively involved in the Philadelphia & south Jersey communities, as well as national initiatives. She currently serves on the Thoracic Program Leadership Committee at Virtua Hospitals, she is the SITC podcast project lead as part of the Education and Training Committee.
She has also served as Medical Director of Thoracic Oncology at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Philadelphia. In addition, Shayma also volunteers at The Cherry Hill Free Clinic, located in Cherry hill, NJ, & has served on the board of American Lung Association and participated in several lung cancer screening initiatives.
